Carthage ESD #317 has partnered with Memorial Medical Clinics in Carthage, IL to provide an awesome new resource to our students! The Memorial Medical Clinic Mobile!

Clinicians come to our schools, see patients, provide reliable care, and reduce time spent out of school to do so. 

If you are interested in these services for your student, please fill out the attached PAPERWORK and either turn it into Mr. Gavin O'Neil, MSW, LCSW at Memorial Medical Clinics, or to your building principal.
